Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Arlington South

Basic breakfast. Scrambled eggs only (lil watery), single meat, changes by day. Solid oatmeal toppings. Standard coffee/ tea station. Hotel very clean. Gym too. Beds comfy, walls appropriate dampening. A/ C kept cold. Front desk & housekeeping very responsive. Will return if in the area again.

Stayed here for an Herbalife convention and very happy with my stay. The room I had was very spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to this city.

Orlando at the front desk is always helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and got Orlando to help check me in twice. I needed help with the printer one day during my stay. My email was giving us trouble, but he quickly and patiently helped me get everything printed. Ask for Orlando he will get you taken care of!

Checking in was a pleasant experience. The Fairfield Marriott Line for the bathroom linen is of basic quality, which seems to be consistent with other Fairfield properties across the United States that I've tried. This property has the updated look, the only other issue I found is no accessibility at bedside for outlets or USB. There are outlets on one side of the bed and not near bed so be prepared to have a longer than 3ft cord to use plugged in by bedside. I stayed here based off reading a review from someone who stayed at Aloft. The review stated Aloft walls are too thin and they couldn't book at Fairfield because they were sold out.

The location of this hotel makes it convenient when on a roadtrip. It’s an easy off the highway and restaurants are in short driving distance. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only issue I had was with the AC unit. You have to set it at least 2 degrees below what you want to maintain your desired temp and it takes an hour or so to figure that out.

We had a great stay this past weekend. People that are complaining in the reviews need to have a bigger budget and stay at a higher rated hotel. But for the cost, this hotel was amazing. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores around, easy access to Rt 20.and it's right next door to a Quick Trip gas station and convenience store. The breakfast at all of these types of hotels is about the same. Not amazing but it gets the job done since it's included and you don't have to go spend money out for breakfast. The Texas shape waffles are a nice touch. The rooms were clean and updated. Bathroom was very nice. The only negative was that the hallways were very warm. But you're in it for like 10 seconds while walking to your room.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was tidy, but bathroom needed some maintenance. One of the main architectural pillars in the lobby had chipped laminate that hurts the first impression of guests. I have stayed here multiple times since its opening and feel it could benefit from a bit of freshening.

We stayed here for a cowboys game the service was exceptional the room beds are comfortable and the restrooms are very nice the shower had strong water pressure. At the front we were greeted by James he was wonderful and very nice and welcoming their staff are just great people. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is for their breakfast they only had 1 waffle machine and when you’re there at peak time it’s difficult to serve yourself quickly. Other than this I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay at a comfortable, clean, welcoming hotel!
